Remote Quality Assurance Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

• Reviews design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the software product
• Identifies appropriate parameters, functions, and data to test and validate; parameters may include general function, the validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards
• Conducts testing to ensure products perform according to user requirements and within established guidelines
• Identifies, logs, and recreates error codes, bugs, and defects.

Job Requirements

• +2 years of software testing experience, preferably with Desktop & Web-based applications
• Experience using MSSQL, Oracle databases & relational databases concepts 
• Experience in Functional, System Integration & Unit testing
• Understanding of software application code (C#, java scripting) using tools- Selenium, Visual Studio, Playwright) with the ability to write, read, and debug it
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture, three-tier application architecture & SPA architecture

Nice-To-Have

• Experience with common network protocols, tools such as Wireshark/Fiddler
• Experience with command-line interfaces
• Experience with Accessibility (WCAG) testing 
• Experience testing/leveraging cloud technologies
